Practise clear Thai messages about meetings, documents and teamwork, from short requests to a complete handover.
What to watch for
- Read each word before typing; keep vowels and tone marks in their written order.
- Aim for a steady rhythm. Slow down on ขอ, ส่ง and ตรวจ rather than rushing the whole sentence.
- Start with a short request, then move to longer sentences when accuracy feels comfortable.

Intermediate

Please move the meeting to the afternoon because the team needs to check the documents again. Let us know if the new time is inconvenient.

ก่อนส่งมอบงาน กรุณาสรุปสิ่งที่ดำเนินการแล้ว ระบุประเด็นที่ยังต้องติดตาม และแนบเอกสารฉบับล่าสุด เพื่อให้ผู้รับช่วงงานตรวจสอบข้อมูลได้ครบถ้วน
Before handing over the work, summarize what has been done, identify matters that still need follow-up and attach the latest documents so the next person can check all the information.
